What Actually Happens Inside Our Cremation Urn Factory
No middlemen. No outsourcing. Every urn is made on our floor, by our people. Here’s the real process:
- Material check - We work with aluminium, brass, and wood. Before anything gets made, the raw material is inspected. Bad input means bad output, so this step doesn't get skipped.
- Welding & shaping - The urn body is shaped and welded by hand. Our welders work specifically on cremation urns - not general metalwork. That focus shows in the joints.
- Scrapping & surface prep - Every welded piece gets scraped down. Rough spots, surface bumps, anything uneven gets addressed here. Boring step, but it's why our finishes hold up.
- Threading - Lid threads are cut to seal properly. A cremation urn that doesn't close properly isn't acceptable. Simple as that.
- Hand engraving - Many of our designs are engraved by hand. Takes more time than machine work. Looks noticeably different too - in a good way.
- Coating & finishing - Enamel, matte, brushed satin, electroplating, marble effect - applied by hand, checked under proper lighting before moving forward.
- Final inspection & packaging - Every urn is reviewed one more time before it's packed. Velvet bags, retail boxes, branded cartons - whatever your order calls for. Then it ships.
We also ship direct to Amazon FBA warehouses and handle all export documentation. Samples go by air freight. Bulk orders go by sea to keep your landed cost manageable.
